What it actually does is use a database to build (a part of?) your site, but the database does not only hold the 'content' information of your web site, it also holds the way this content is displayed ad used. So, all pages can still (if you wish so) look different. Actually: Everything is possible with the Online Editor 3.0.

'The Administrator' of the web site (the people with a password and login) have full control of the Online Editor, but you can for example have colleagues suggest an item (build a page). Before this item (page) is added, you will receive an email asking whether you agree with the proposed page. If so, a push on a button will insert the page, and the submittor will receive an email that his/her page has been accepted (or not).

The Online Editor 3.0 automatically comes with a search engine that can search all the information available (not just the keywords) and with built-in email-list to be able to send information to your customers. Both are highly customizable and have a lot of extra features: for example when you send an email to all subscribers you can have all your new items automatically inserted.

Of course, all data is backed up automatically on the web site, and by email if you wish it so. This way, what ever happens, your web site can be back up and running within minutes.
